electricianparis.com is an English-speaking intermediary dispatch service. We connect customers with independent local electricians across Paris. We are not the electrician and do not carry out the physical work ourselves.
Prices are confirmed with you in English before any work begins. The final payment is made directly to the independent electrician after the work is completed. For larger jobs, you have the right to request a written quote (devis).
Our responsibility is limited to connecting you with a vetted partner electrician and facilitating clear communication in English. The quality and outcome of the physical electrical work is the responsibility of the independent electrician who carries it out, working to the applicable French standards (notably NF C 15-100).
Electrical faults can be dangerous. Where there is an immediate risk to life — for example a fire, smoke, or someone in contact with a live source — call the French emergency services (112, or the fire brigade on 18) before anyone else. Our guidance on the site is general and does not replace the judgement of a qualified electrician on site.
We operate 24/7 and aim to answer all calls promptly. Response time for an electrician depends on location and demand and cannot be guaranteed, though we provide realistic estimates on every call.
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
